Thank you for being a part of Yearly Reflection 2018. I’m so excited to be doing this two years in a row! Before you begin please keep the following things in mind:

Make sure you enter coherent information in each form that is your name, phone number, email address and address is the same everywhere.

Try your best to fill all the forms in this entire reflection series as that increases your chances of winning.
If you’re in the top 300 by the end (which is based on how genuine your answers are) you will be receiving an end of the year letter written and signed by me.
There will be three winners at the end of the campaign who will win the Positivity Planner and receive the letter as well.

Before continuing I just want to thank you for coming this far with me! Just a little more reflection to do with me :) - Today is about emotions. We’re going to reflect on how we feel a lot of the times, how well managed our emotions are and how much are we even connected to them. Learning about your emotions and how you feel about certain things, really helps put things into perspective and reflect upon what made you feel a certain way and why you reacted/responded the way you did. Lets do it!
