Yearly Reflection 2018 - Part I: Gratitude

Thank you for being a part of Yearly Reflection 2018. I’m so excited to be doing this two years in a row! Before you begin please keep the following things in mind:
Make sure you enter coherent information in each form that is your name, phone number, email address and address is the same everywhere.

Try your best to fill all the forms in this entire reflection series as that increases your chances of winning.
If you’re in the top 300 by the end (which is based on how genuine your answers are) you will be receiving an end of the year letter written and signed by me.
There will be three winners at the end of the campaign who will win the Positivity Planner and receive the letter as well.

Gratitude is the first thing we’re going to practice for our yearly reflection this year!
Let’s start by this simple exercise called Gratitude Prompts.
This exercise will help you cover multiple things you could possibly grateful for but don’t always remember.. These include senses, colors, people, and things. Your job is to think and reflect and the goal is to identify a minimum of three things in each category that you are thankful for.
The second part talks about WHY you are grateful for certain things that you have. Take a moment to fill this out. I’ve kept these super simple.
The third and probably the most important part is this exercise which is about looking for gratitude in negative things and situations. This way we get to reflect over the past year in a way that leaves us with less regrets, and more lessons. Difficult times always leave us with something learnt and most certainly something to be grateful for. Lets do it. :)
